Wonderful stay, fantastic location!
Just 5 min walk to town and beach! The room was spacious & super comfy. It had USB charging ports, so handy! Breakfast was amazing, the full English hit the spot. Suzanne was so friendly and gave great tips for food & sights. Only thing is parking can get tight if it’s busy.

The breakfasts were incredible, definitely fresh and filling. Noisy street traffic could be an issue in some rooms. Parking is easy, and it's close to local pubs and restaurants. A great base if you want to visit the golf course nearby.

Couples looking for comfort and good food
We had a fantastic time here, the big breakfasts were incredible, all fresh and exactly what you want to fuel the day. Plus, we met this great guy at breakfast who even bought us drinks at the pub later, felt like family there.
Wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for!

More seating options would be appreciated.

What a treat! Dunelm House was a culinary paradise with fresh, gourmet breakfasts that satisfied my every craving. Loved the communal dining – perfect for sharing foodie tips! Plus, the accommodations were spotlessly clean and spacious, making for a comfy stay.
A cheeky downside, our street-side Room 4 could be a bit noisy with late-night traffic. Plus, the unexpected heat wave made it stuffy, and open windows didn’t help with the din. A room further back would likely solve this hiccup!

central base for exploring seahouses and stunning nature views
I loved the amazing fresh breakfasts with local prize-winning ingredients, and the short stroll to the beautiful Seahouses Harbour made my daily adventures even more enjoyable. the only slight downside was that more seating for breakfast would be nice, but I appreciated the communal vibe as a single traveler.

Spacious, super-clean double room with plenty of light, perfect for unwinding after a long day. A well-appointed bathroom featuring both a bath and shower. A stylish feel to the entire space made for a comfortable stay.
The only hiccup was that the double bed felt a tad snug for some. a king-size option would be a welcome addition. On busy mornings, the breakfast rush could lead to a slight wait, but the delicious, freshly cooked meals were worth it.
